How does Accent™ work?

Treatment – what to expect

During AccentTM treatment, your practitioner will precisely heat skin’s inner layer (dermis), while its outer layer (epidermis) is continually cooled. Depending on the size of the treated area, treatment may take from 15 to 45 minutes. This heating action causes the deep structures under your skin to tighten right away and results are visible shortly after treatment.

Following treatment, you can immediately resume all routine activities. Over time, the heating action will stimulate collagen production, giving the skin a fresh, rejuvenated appearance. Generally, no more than 5 to 7 treatments at two-week intervals are required. While RF has shown to be safe, effective and long-lasting, mainten- ance treatment may extend and improve results.
