Our Policy

Please arrive 10min earlier for you appointment (if it is your 1st time or your treatment is a massage or facial, microdermabrasion).

Please not that we operate 24hours cancellation policy - 50% of the fee (even for appointments booked on the same day).

If you are late for your appointment we will do everything to accommodate you, however if it is not possible for us to extend you appointment time you will be charged a full appointment charge.
